"I started a project with just an idea to develop a raw piece of land that I had in 2019. I didn't have any real plans, just an idea of what I wanted to do. I knew I wanted to build some office warehouses or flex type warehouses but not much else. I was fortunate enough to find just the right group of people to help me put all of this together in a very short time frame. I was first introduced to Will Sullens with Phase 1 Designs who helped with the conceptual part of the project as well as the layout of the buildings. Will then introduced me to Eric Fleske with Fleske Commercial Real Estate who helped with insights on buildings that he had and how to best market the project once complete. Eric then introduced me to Tim Grissom with T. C. Grissom construction and that is when the project started to take off and jump off of the papers and into a real-life building project. 

Tim and his crews handled every aspect of the project from dirt work, grading and drainage, and ordering the steel packages for the buildings to sewers, electrical, concrete, painting and finishing out all of the office space. As with any project of this size there are going to be instances that need special attention because of unforeseen circumstances and this one was no different. In 2020 Covid hit just as construction was really starting to get underway and that caused all sorts of special challenges, but Tim and his crew worked their way through and around all of the obstacles. I am happy to say that even during this Covid period Tim helped bring my idea to a fully developed 57,500 sq/ft office warehouse complex that covers 7 acres and I could not be more pleased with the result. Not only is Tim a great builder, he is also an outstanding person and I am pleased to call him my friend.
